To bring forward our knowledgeable, caring and wise community elders, leaders, public personalities and people with expansive life experience to share alongside our community on a ground level, creating a more circular (rather than hierarchical) health and wellbeing community.
Monique Baumann – McDonald – is the Founder and Director of Creative Stars Brand Action Agency and has an extensive background in design, publishing, marketing, brand activation, advertising and major events.
She feels very fortunate to live in such a beautiful part of Sydney and be part of such a wonderful community.
Monique is also a passionate and holistic health advocate for the mind, body and soul; with her own life journey leading her to focus on wellbeing as an absolute priority.
Vicki Hansen – Music and media producer, performer and event organiser.
Vicki’s gifts have found her composing soundtracks and visual content for major brands, TV and movie projects through her business StoryCast.
With her partner Ron Ragel they perform as the world music duo IndiaJiva. She is dedicated to creating engaging and interesting community events to connect people to each other and to the beautiful local environment
Lawrence Mitchell – CEO and Founder of Raw Energy, public speaker, author of three books and former COO of SumoSalad. Lawrence worked in the publishing industry for many years and learnt that his ability to adapt to change became his greatest asset in work and his own wellbeing.
As a Wellbeing Coach and integrative nutritionist he has a genuine desire to help people lead happier, healthier and productive lives
Ky Bernoth – Founded Odonata wellbeing centre, and is an Educator, Naturopath, Medicine Woman and guardian of the ocean and earth.
She brings a wealth of experience to our team with over 25 yrs in the health field., Teaching at universities and colleges over the past 15 yrs in Naturopathy, Nutrition, Biomedical sciences, Clinical practice and Eastern and Traditional Medicine Philosophies.
She has a deep personal connection to ethnobotany, shamanism and Indigenous cultures in Australia and around the world.
Peter Bajic – Biofield Tuning Practitioner, Reiki Master, Sound Journey Facilitator, Ambient Percussionist.
Pete’s philosophy in his business ‘Hum’ with his wife Connie is that “everything in life is a vibration, an energy exchange, a continual Hum of sound vibrating at different frequencies creating life. You are born with your own unique fingerprint. You are also born with your own unique vibrational frequency of energy – a personal song, a deep inner wisdom if you like. When life flows freely, your frequencies are raised, you feel light, healthy and alive.” His healing work in Sound Journey Facilitation, Ambient Percussion, Biofield Tuning and Reiki is to guide you towards your inner wisdom and to reclaim your personal song through sound and energy – raising your Hum of Life.
Renee King – Registered Music Therapist and owner, Intuitive Music Therapy
Based in the Sutherland Shire, Renée has been a professional musician for over 10 years. Renée has a love for playing her most primary instrument, the bass guitar, she has been playing bass guitar for over 15 years. After completing her Master’s in Creative Music Therapy at Western Sydney University at the end of 2018, Renée decided to continue sharing her creative music expertise with the world whilst passionately incorporating her interpersonal and intuitive skills to help others.
